Refused shipments and incorrect addressing are the responsibility
of the customer and if additional re-shipping charges apply customer
will be held responsible.
At present we are only ship items within the U.S.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it to
us in its original condition for a 100% refund.
We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made
an error in product fulfillment.
You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/

by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your
area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns
that are not received.
All refunds if applicable will be applied to the credit card used for your
original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return
quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return.
All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) To
obtain an RMA # simply email us at orders@GourmetCollection.com please indicate
RETURN in the subject field and include the following information:
Order number and purchase date
Title(s) requested for return
Reason(s) for the return (damaged, defective or not desired)
Whether you require replacement or refund
Your RMA# and return instructions will be emailed back to you.
